Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing IT audits, including risk assessments and control evaluations.
- Evaluate IT processes, systems, and controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to enhance security and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support audit processes.
- Document findings and prepare audit reports, presenting results to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in IT auditing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in IT auditing, information security, or risk management.
- Knowledge of auditing standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST).
- Familiarity with IT controls, data privacy regulations, and cybersecurity practices.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP are a plus.
- Experience with audit tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in German and English.
