Your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead the customs and export control classification process for a diverse portfolio of clients (on-demand requests).
- Lead all classification projects (mass-classification projects).
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on customs classification matters.
- Shape and develop a team of customs classification specialists.
- Work with internal teams to automate and streamline the classification process as much as possible.
- Support the growth and development of the customs classification practice within the firm.

Direct Reports: Classification Specialist
Profile / Skills:
- Strong expertise in customs classification (minimum 5 years)
- Preferably with experience in both EU and non-EU tariffs (especially US tariffs)
- Ideally already worked within a centralised classification team (in industry, consulting, or customs brokerage)
- Experience in export control classification is a significant asset.
- Strong technical skills who can also work in a dynamic work environment with an understanding of the risk-based approach and management potential
- English language skills are required. French would be a bonus.
- International Candidates desired (relocation available).
