Senior Operational Auditor
Location: Flexible (Hybrid)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading organisation with a highly international team, as part of a large group.

The Operations & Finance Audit team plays a crucial role as an independent partner to ensure strong and responsible corporate governance. The department provides objective audit and consulting services aimed at creating value and improving business processes across the group of companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate the strategic and operational tasks of the teams.
  • Manage the yearly schedules for the teams.
  • Assist in preparing strategic presentations.
  • Coordinate the audit planning process and maintain audit resources and reports.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or completion of a commercial apprenticeship.
  • At least 4 years of experience as an Assistant.
  • Fluency in English and German. Additional linguistic skills are welcomed.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of ERP systems and experience using data analytical tools in auditing (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, including strong report writing, confidence, and persuasive capacity.
  • A team player, eager to learn and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
