Tax Resolution Manager | Dublin
Leonid Group has been retained by a global R&D tax consultancy with offices across multiple jurisdictions. Our client is an exciting, fast-growing specialist firm that works with businesses across a wide range of industries, helping them secure R&D tax relief for projects pushing the boundaries of innovation, from engineering and manufacturing to technology, and beyond.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with either an R&D tax, corporate tax or audit background who enjoys getting into the detail but wants to take their career beyond sitting behind a desk all day!
You'll specialise in R&D tax dispute resolution, working with businesses to resolve Revenue enquiries, defend submitted claims and achieve practical, commercially sound outcomes. Alongside managing cases and building relationships with clients and Revenue officials, you'll become a key point of contact internally, sharing insights, communicating emerging trends and helping teams across the business strengthen their approach.

What will you be doing?
You'll manage a portfolio of post-submission R&D tax enquiries, reviewing claims, analysing financial information, preparing responses and supporting documentation, and engaging directly with Revenue to resolve queries. Cases vary in complexity and timescale, giving you the opportunity to develop specialist expertise while feeding back trends and insights to the wider delivery team.
Who would suit this role?
- An accountancy, audit or corporate tax professional with strong financial analysis and compliance experience.
- Someone confident dealing with clients, explaining complex issues and attending in-person meetings.
- A commercially minded problem-solver who can manage cases independently and is interested in developing their leadership responsibilities.
R&D tax experience is beneficial, but not essential. The right financial background, professional approach and interpersonal skills are just as important.
