Leonid Group is privileged to be retained by a high-growth multinational digital healthcare business to appoint two Legal Counsels to join its Global Privacy & Digital Regulations team. This is a remote position based in Europe.
As the world's largest healthcare platform, each month they connect over 24 million patients with 280,000 doctors across 13 countries. Their marketplaces, SaaS and AI-powered tools simplify daily tasks and help doctors, clinics and hospitals work more efficiently, so they can focus on what really matters: caring for their patients.
Reporting directly into senior members of the legal team, these are key roles supporting the organisation's privacy, AI governance and digital regulatory compliance programmes across multiple international markets. The lean team is seeking one lawyer with a stronger focus on digital regulations and emerging legislative frameworks, and one lawyer with a greater emphasis on supporting product and engineering teams on privacy and compliance matters.
The company combines the pace and mindset of a scale-up with the impact and complexity of a multinational healthcare leader, offering a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of privacy, AI and digital regulation within a mission-driven organisation transforming patient and doctor experiences globally.
What's on offer?
These roles offer the opportunity to work on a broad range of privacy, AI governance and digital regulatory matters within a fast-growing international technology business. Working as part of a specialist global team, you will help shape how regulatory requirements are implemented across the organisation, supporting key compliance initiatives and advising on new products and technologies.
The team will also be rolling out a new privacy management platform during the second half of the year, creating an opportunity to contribute to a significant compliance transformation project. Candidates with previous experience of privacy tooling may have the chance to take ownership of elements of the implementation and ongoing development of the programme.
For guidance purposes only and dependent on experience and location, the provisional budget has been set around €55,000 – €65,000 base salary + equity.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified lawyer likely with at least three to five years' post-qualification experience, gained in private practice or in-house, ideally within a technology, digital health company. Above all, this company is dynamic and fast paced, requiring candidates who can adapt quickly, take ownership of their work and contribute to the development of practical, scalable compliance solutions. Full professional proficiency in English is required, whilst additional European languages would be considered advantageous.
You will have experience advising on privacy and data protection matters, alongside an interest in broader digital regulations and emerging technologies. You will be comfortable translating complex legal requirements into practical business advice and working closely with stakeholders across legal, product, engineering and operational teams.
